In this winter we have stay in kodaikanal for more than three days in the royal Hotels kodaikanal. We had great memories for our friends who had been together with our team. Hotel royal has good rooms with outstanding restaurants including campfire and spa facilities. We all enjoyed the stay in this hotel

Pathetic and the worst hotel we ever visited in our life. Stinking rooms and washrooms. No power supply. Never do a booking in this hotel. All cheaters are there. No hot water. Even in the night they do not switch on there power supply. Never ever do a booking in this 3rd grade lodge. Its worst than a lodge. The food quality they serve is not worth to even write. Stale food is given. If one wants to fall sick one should have food in this lodge. Their hotel license should be cancelled. We really do not understand on what parameters did OYO take this property as and rated it as good. Did even once your team bothered to visit this property or you simply wanna fool your customers. Especially to mention Mr John never trust him as he gives wrong commitment and if you will ask him why did not you inform a missing amenity he will bluntly tell that if i would have told you then you would have cancelled the booking. Such cheaters are there in this property. I will ensure to take this lodge on social media n get people know about the reality of this place so that no one gets misguided and comes here.
